Mew Pudding is a part of the La Nouvelle Monet x Tokyo Mew Mew collection. This collection is a homage to my favorite childhood anime, Tokyo Mew Mew.
The show was centered on five girls from various backgrounds brought together through one purpose: to save the world from parasite aliens. Each girl was injected with the DNA of an endangered animal species in order to gain specific powers to fight the aliens. I love how this show encourages you to take care of your environment as well as entertain you. With the reboot coming up in July I wanted to give my personal twist to the 5 main characters.
Pudding is the fourth member of Tokyo Mew Mew. She was infused with the DNA of a golden tamarin lion monkey. She is the youngest member of Tokyo Mew Mew. She is agile, wildly energetic, and can be a bit annoying to her teammates. But kids will be kids, right?
